PRIVACY POLICY

What we collect

When you join the founder list, we collect the information you choose to provide: email address, name, gamer tag, platform, shirt size, favorite design, and digital-product interest. When you pitch a shirt through The Forge, we collect your email, optional name and gamer tag, idea and description, optional teaching or verse, gamer category, size signal, communication choice, and a private submission code. Voting uses an anonymous device session and a one-way technical identifier to reduce duplicate votes. Campaign links may store a source, medium, and campaign label so we can learn which outreach brought you to FaithLoot. We do not store raw payment information because this site does not accept payment.

How we use it

We use founder information to measure product demand, plan sizing and production, send requested preorder and launch updates, understand referral and campaign activity, prevent abuse, and improve FaithLoot. We use Forge information to review and develop ideas, contact submitters, and fulfill the complimentary shirt if an idea is selected and released. We do not sell personal information or publish Forge submissions before review.

Essential cookies

The site uses essential session cookies for voting, referrals, campaign attribution, form security, and administrator access. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are installed in this launch version.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by our website host and future email-delivery provider only as needed to operate FaithLoot. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect the site and its users.

Retention and your choices

We keep founder and Forge records while the launch and idea programs are active or until you request removal, except where records are reasonably needed to document a selected design agreement. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@faithloot.com.

Security

We use access controls, form validation, rate limiting, and protected storage. No internet system is perfectly secure, so please do not submit sensitive information through site forms.

Children

The founder list and The Forge are not directed to children under 13, and people under 13 may not submit personal information. Forge participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information, contact us so it can be removed.

Changes

We may update this policy as preorder, fulfillment, analytics, or digital products are added. The effective date above will change when material updates are made.
