TERMS OF USE

Launch-stage site

FaithLoot is currently collecting design votes and no-charge preorder interest. Joining the founder list is not a purchase, does not guarantee inventory, and does not obligate you to buy. Prices, materials, colors, delivery estimates, and final availability may change before paid preorders open.

Voting and referrals

Votes are a planning signal, not a contest or promise that a particular design will be manufactured. We may remove automated, duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent activity. Referral counts do not currently create cash value, prizes, or guaranteed benefits.

The Forge Idea Program

You must be at least 13 to submit an idea. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has given you permission to participate and accept these terms. By submitting, you confirm that your words and concept are original to you, that you have the right to share them, and that they do not infringe another person’s rights.

You keep ownership of your submission. You give FaithLoot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review, evaluate, adapt, develop, display, publish, manufacture, market, and sell products based on the submission. This permission allows FaithLoot to combine, rewrite, or visually reinterpret the idea. FaithLoot may already be developing, or later receive, ideas that are similar.

If FaithLoot commercially releases a physical shirt substantially based on your submission, FaithLoot will offer you one complimentary standard tee from that release in an available size and will cover standard shipping to a location it can reasonably fulfill. The reward has no cash alternative, is not transferable, and does not include royalties or ownership in FaithLoot. FaithLoot decides whether a submission is selected and whether a released design is substantially based on it. Submission does not guarantee selection, production, public credit, or a release date. No purchase is required. If selected, FaithLoot will contact the email provided to arrange fulfillment; an address is collected only then.

Intellectual property

FaithLoot names, original graphics, copy, product concepts, photography, and site design are owned by FaithLoot or used with permission. You may share public product links and images for discussion and personal social posts, but may not reproduce or sell the artwork.

Platform independence

FaithLoot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Mojang, Microsoft, Valve, or any game publisher. Platform names may be used only to describe intended compatibility or community context.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the site, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, scrape personal information, manipulate voting, or interfere with other visitors.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FaithLoot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of this launch-stage site.
